IF THERE IS SO MUCH WATER ON THE PLANET, WHY DOES IT SAY THAT WE SHOULD SAVE WATER?
Water on our planet exists in abundance, however, about 971 TP3T of the total is salty and is in seas and oceans. Only 31 TP3T is fresh water and most of it is in the form of ice at the poles and in glaciers, and only 0.31 TP3T of this total mass of fresh water can be used by humans for food, energy production, crop irrigation and various industrial processes, and personal hygiene.
This is why it is important to take care of water.
On average, a person spends the following amounts of water daily in their activities.
