“City Marketing, a powerful tool for better city management”

The Undersecretariat of Tourism of the Litoral and Cardinal, with the objective of creating a meeting space where discussion on the subject of city marketing is generated among the authorities of the province, mayors, communication and marketing professionals, to bring them closer to tourism activity, analyze the possibilities, errors and successes of this subject little discussed in the country, is organizing the International Meeting: "City Marketing, a powerful tool for better city management", which will take place on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 9:30 a.m., at the Bankers Club, in the city of Santiago de Guayaquil.

The speaker will be Dr. Juan Leonardo Correa Jaramillo, Executive President of the Hotel and Tourism Association of Colombia (COTELCO). He is a Business Administrator from the University of Medellin with specializations in Financial Management and Marketing from the same educational center; in Business Internationalization with the Business Institute of Madrid, Spain; in City Marketing with the University of Quilmes, Argentina and in Foresight Programs with the Spanish Foresight Institute in Madrid.
