Tito, starting a performance at the Citroen theater
After solving technical problems in the city of Cuenca with “La Flecha Negra”, the Citroen 3CV in which they have been traveling for several months and which has taken them to Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador; Jorge and Belén arrived in sunny weather and with many joys and surprises to the peninsular lands, as another stop on their Wawamericu Journey.

The presentations did not take long to arrive, starting in Ballenita, hundreds of children enjoyed the puppet show “Good Winds and Blue Skies”, who with surprised faces and laughter understood the message that “we can all fulfill our dreams”.

Santa Elena, Olón and Valdivia were also stops in our province that Wawamericu made with the organization of this publication BALLENITA SI ONLINE MAGAZINE, and the support of various institutions such as EMUTURISMO EP, Eddys Hostal (Ballenita), La Parada en la Ruta del Sol, Valdivia Aquarium, The Sea Garden House (Olón), and Juan Jacobo Rousseau School.
Due to the success and quality of the content of the presentations, they were later extended (thanks to community efforts in conjunction with the organization) to Pueblo Nuevo and Palmar.
During all the presentations, the active participation of children and adults was noticeable, who did not hesitate to support Maria in fulfilling her dream of traveling the world. Tito wanted the witch and the grandmother to understand that dreams can come true; for this reason, all the attendees joined the Grand Round to dance the "booggie-booggie" directed by Jorge and Belén (taking off their roles as puppeteers) and which was the final push to achieve the objectives.
A lot of interaction with the public and satisfied faces were the results of each of the 7 presentations that Wawamericu made in the province of Santa Elena, before heading to Manabí (where they are currently), as part of their journey to their "final" destination: Mexico.
To Belén, Jorge, María, Tito, the grandmother, the witch, and the Black Arrow, we are grateful for everything they left for the children and adults of Sta. Elena and may they enjoy Good Winds and Blue Skies on all their paths that remain to be traveled.
