CHI KUNG: IRON SHIRT

Many of the physical changes attributed to CHI KUNG are due to the action carried out on the internal organs and endocrine glands.
Qi = energy gong = practice

Qi gong (Chi kung) therapy is the art of maintaining our health by working with our own internal bioenergy to achieve an adequate balance of the organism (homeostasis) and the free circulation of energy in the channels or meridians of our body. This can be achieved by performing physical exercises, breathing, physical relaxation and through mental calming and visualization.

Chi Kung is based on the balance of Chi and its study, research, mastery, effort and prolonged training. That is the closest definition. Kung Fu, for example, applies to any special skill or ability in any order and that implies large doses of energy, dedication and correct application with the desire to achieve the best. The term Kung, applied to Chi or universal energy, is to preserve the correct functioning of the internal energy of the body, which brings with it comprehensive health and the harmonious flow of life energy over the years.

This therapeutic effect is what has made Chi Kung gain ground in the world, by demonstrating that it can preserve the quality of life, physical and mental health, bringing with it peace, longevity, and wisdom. The ancient Chinese culture is becoming more and more relevant.
By practicing Iron Shirt CHI KUNG, the flow of hormones produced by the endocrine glands can be increased, the immune system is strengthened and a feeling of well-being is achieved. The resulting creative energy is another source of CHI energy that can later be transformed into spiritual energy. An important part of the Iron Shirt is the exercises directed at the organs, which cleanse and strengthen them. In modern life, it is very important to have strong and detoxified organs. Practicing the Iron Shirt will strengthen them, help eliminate toxins, waste and sediment accumulated in them and convert the fat deposited in the layers of connective tissue into CHI energy. This CHI is stored in the same layers of connective tissue, where it works as a cushion to protect the internal organs. As mentioned above, this process can be compared to the functioning of a tire that, once inflated with air, is able to support a considerable weight. The CHI that has been stored in this way is ready to be transformed into energy of a higher quality capable of serving as food for the soul and the spirit.

The practice of the Iron Shirt is directed more at the connective tissue, the organs, the tendons, the bones, the bone marrow and an energetic development of the internal musculature, creating in the human body a Super Man or Super Woman with surprising abilities.
