Remember that we are all ONE and that the shockwave of our thoughts, emotions and actions touch not only those close to us but also the Planet and the Cosmos. Carla Garc\u00eda<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

No one doubts any longer that we are approaching an inexorable moment in our history as a species. Not even skeptics can deny that something is happening at a planetary level, something that goes beyond social and ecological conflicts, or the transformation of the scientific paradigm.<\/p>\n

For those of us who live this reality as an energetic experience of expansion and connection, times have been accelerating. Abrupt growth, breaking of ties, disappearance of ailments almost without treatment, heightened perceptions, limitless synchronicities.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's shocking, but there we go, finding purpose in every experience, feeling every moment as if it were our last.<\/p>\n

Some have found their own compass to keep them on track. Others are just now realizing they need one before reality comes crashing down on them.<\/p>\n

From this editorial, today, I want to suggest twelve steps to be happy with the advent of 2012.<\/p>\n

1. DAILY MEDITATION
Yesterday it was advisable, today it is essential. Daily meditation is the fuel for our body and soul to get through this time. Keep it simple: three phases: conscious breathing, body relaxation, arrival of light. The simpler it is, the easier it will be to incorporate it as a habit.<\/p>\n

2. CLEAR INTENTION
We cannot continue to live each day like someone who gets on a plane and tells the pilot: take me wherever you want. We need a map. Every morning, write down four things: the intention for the day, the intention for the month, the intention for the year, and the intention for your entire life. It may change daily, but it will sustain your actions.<\/p>\n

3. DREAM RECORD
Our dreams are guiding us in the direction of our evolution. They always have, but now it has become much more necessary for us to pay attention to what they say. Practice dream recall, record them even if you don't understand them, share them with others.<\/p>\n

4. RADICAL DETACHMENT
Old relationships and people from the past are showing up in our field. The purpose is to finish tying up all the loose ends, detaching ourselves from that which reflects our old way of being. Say goodbye in a genuine way, with farewell letters that include: gratitude, forgiveness and taking responsibility for the break. You will discover that you receive extraordinary energy in return.<\/p>\n

5. ENERGY NETWORKS
Get together with your peers, with those who share this philosophy of life. Change will find us together. Participate in events, exhibitions, global meditations, forums\u2026 keep in touch. Attend courses, seminars. Create your own energy circles.<\/p>\n

6. RITUALS WITH THE EARTH
Mother Earth is evolving along with us. In fact, she is the initiator of this movement and the reason why we are turning towards a higher destiny. She is the ship that takes us through the cosmos. Let us perform rituals in the simplest and most universal way: leaving an offering of food and love to her and her creatures.<\/p>\n

7. TIME IN NATURE
Go out into nature, even if it's just on the terrace, even if it's raining... Get in touch with natural energy every chance you get. Walk instead of taking a taxi, observe the signs of the wind, the feathers, the clouds, plant a tree. Charge yourself with vitality and purity.<\/p>\n

8. ART
Express yourself creatively, even if you feel you have no artistic ability. Art is an inherent quality of our species, we have just been conditioned to accept only certain creative forms. Paint, model, draw, sing, dance, act. Do it alone or with others, but allow the soul to speak in its own code, which is that of art.<\/p>\n

9. HOLD ON TO YOUR DREAMS
Every soul has a dream, and that is its North. Find what makes you happy and follow its path. Definitely abandon all those prejudices and limiting beliefs that tell you what is \u201cpossible\u201d and what is not. When we reach the moment that awaits us as a species, it will be of no use to us to have done things as \u201cexpected of us.\u201d Find your mission right now.<\/p>\n

10. KARMIC CLEANING
Our energy fields are filled with debris that is no longer functional to our growth. In other times, it may have taken us years to understand and transmute these remnants of karmic experiences. Today, acceleration and changes in our DNA are blasting away old crystallizations. Clear away what remains of them with chakra work, sound healing, energy work, or whatever else is at your disposal.<\/p>\n

11. REST
All this happening produces in us an unusual tiredness. Matter is slower to adjust its dynamics to that of consciousness. Protect yourselves by getting enough rest, and more. If you can, take a nap every now and then, no matter what time of day it is. If you can't, replace some "committed" outing with time for yourself, relaxation and restorative silence.<\/p>\n

12. SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE
We are being accompanied by spiritual entities of different colors and frequencies, but with the same great project: to witness the wonderful moment when a species moves from one dimension to another (yes! We are talking about all of us!). To a certain extent, they can help us with loving connections, encouragement and inspiration, however the experience is personal and non-transferable, no one can live our own experience for us, enjoy it!<\/p>\n
