They began to search for her and one day they found her dying body; at that moment, she only looked at the sky and said the name of her beloved, as her last word before dying.<\/span><\/div><span style=\"font-family: &quot;helvetica neue&quot; , &quot;arial&quot; , &quot;helvetica&quot; , sans-serif;\"><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the young man saw her dead, he asked to be buried alive next to her, before the astonished gaze of the people present there. The princess&#039;s parents were moved and did not know what to do, so the chief of the tribe took action. He spoke to the young Sumpa, who confirmed his wish that love between commoners and the upper class would never again be prohibited. The young man&#039;s request was finally fulfilled.&nbsp;<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">He stands next to her, takes her arms and puts them over his head to feel them caressing his hair, her eyes in the direction of his heart, because this will die beating for her; with his right leg, he covers her left leg to transmit his infinite love, and his hand goes around her waist to give the eternal hug with which he will gladly leave. Now he would be forever with his beloved woman. On their bodies they put the leaves and wood, then the shells and finally the heavy stones so that their souls do not escape and remain together as they had wished; then, they finish by throwing earth over their bodies, but not over the love of these Sumpe\u00f1os that will live forever and leaving us as a legacy the greatest love story of these lands, which has survived twelve thousand years and that today we know as the lovers of Sumpa\u2026..<\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/div><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Did you like this article?
