<\/div>12,000 YEARS OF ROMANTIC HISTORY.- <\/span><\/span>

Thousands of years ago, a people arrived to these lands after a long journey on rafts, finding abundant fruits, wild animals and a few giant animals with which they fought for their survival; here they settled and populated and made their houses in a circular shape.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
They worshipped the sun, because it protected sailors and continued to give them light as they moved away from the beach.<\/div>

<\/div>
In this environment a young commoner was born, five years later, a beautiful Sumpe\u00f1a matriarch was born, who had to be respected for her class... Over the years, the young people met and frequented each other secretly, given that due to their different social classes any approach between them was prohibited. <\/div>

<\/div>
One day their love was discovered and the father of the princess, along with the chief of the tribe, sent him to work in the high hills to separate something that could not be; when this happened the princess became ill, she did not eat or sleep, and only offered her tears to her sun god, waiting for the return of her beloved; so one day she ran away to go look for her love, as she did not know him, she ended up getting lost.<\/div><\/span><\/div>
<\/a><\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/div><\/span>
The young man was brought back to see if the princess would return. They began to search for her and one day they found her dying body; at that moment, she only looked at the sky and said the name of her beloved, as her last word before dying.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
When the young man saw her dead, he asked to be buried alive next to her, before the astonished gaze of the people present there. The princess's parents were moved and did not know what to do, so the chief of the tribe took action. He spoke to the young Sumpa, who confirmed his wish that love between commoners and the upper class would never again be prohibited. The young man's request was finally fulfilled. <\/div>

<\/div>
He stands next to her, takes her arms and puts them over his head to feel them caressing his hair, her eyes in the direction of his heart, because this will die beating for her; with his right leg, he covers her left leg to transmit his infinite love, and his hand goes around her waist to give the eternal hug with which he will gladly leave. Now he would be forever with his beloved woman. On their bodies they put the leaves and wood, then the shells and finally the heavy stones so that their souls do not escape and remain together as they had wished; then, they finish by throwing earth over their bodies, but not over the love of these Sumpe\u00f1os that will live forever and leaving us as a legacy the greatest love story of these lands, which has survived twelve thousand years and that today we know as the lovers of Sumpa\u2026..<\/div>
