Por este motivo es importante tomar ciertas consideraciones para que las altas temperaturas que se registran en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas no generen consecuencias indeseadas en la salud. Es importante recordar que el \u00abgolpe de calor\u00bb,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">aunque puede afectar a todas las personas, quienes son m\u00e1s vulnerables son los ni\u00f1os y los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">SINTOMAS<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;dolor de cabeza,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">mareos,&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">n\u00e1useas,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">piel seca, caliente y roja,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">aumento de la temperatura a m\u00e1s de 39\u00ba; y&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">respiraci\u00f3n y pulso d\u00e9bil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">&nbsp;En los casos m\u00e1s severos se dan: estado de confusi\u00f3n, convulsiones, deshidrataci\u00f3n y p\u00e9rdida de conciencia.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">Entre las recomendaciones a la poblaci\u00f3n y considerando que las altas temperaturas se mantendr\u00e1n durante varios d\u00edas, es que en la medida de lo posible evite exponerse a los rayos solares (a las horas de mayor intensidad) y que consuma abundante agua\u201d, y que es \u201cimportante recurrir a consulta m\u00e9dica ante s\u00edntomas como fiebre alta, somnolencia, desvanecimiento o aceleramiento del pulso\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">La poblaci\u00f3n en general deber\u00eda estar atenta a los informes &nbsp;meteorol\u00f3gicos para estar atentos a temperaturas extremas o de m\u00e1xima irradiaci\u00f3n solar, para que as\u00ed tomen las medidas necesarias frente a las olas de calor.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECOMENDACIONES<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022Tomar mucha agua durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Usar ropa suelta, de materiales delgados y de colores claros.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 No realizar ejercicios f\u00edsicos en ambientes calurosos. Tomar l\u00edquido antes de comenzar cualquier actividad al aire libre.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Protegerse del sol poni\u00e9ndose un sombrero o usando una sombrilla.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Usar cremas de protecci\u00f3n solar (SPF en ingl\u00e9s), factor 20 o m\u00e1s.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;\u2022 Evitar actos p\u00fablicos o juegos en espacios cerrados sin ventilaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">A lactantes y ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os:<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">\u2022 Darle el pecho a los lactantes con m\u00e1s frecuencia.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">\u2022 Hacerlo beber agua fresca y segura.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Trasladarlo a lugares frescos y ventilados.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Ducharlo o mojarle todo el cuerpo con agua fresca.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\">Para el resto de la poblaci\u00f3n: si una persona siente mareos o se desvanece, hay que acostarla en un lugar fresco, bajo techo. Se le puede ofrecer una bebida rehidratante, pero nunca infusiones calientes ni muy dulces. Colocar agua fr\u00eda en las mu\u00f1ecas proporciona alivio.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large;\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si la temperatura corporal aumenta, hay que sacar la ropa de la persona afectada, pasar una esponja mojada por la cara, y, en lo posible, dar un ba\u00f1o corporal con agua helada. Tambi\u00e9n es \u00fatil utilizar pa\u00f1os fr\u00edos y bolsas de hielo en la cabeza.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ancianos y quienes trabajan en ambientes calurosos y h\u00famedos tienen mayor riesgo de sufrir un golpe de calor, que debe ser tratado inmediatamente. En estos casos, la temperatura corporal se eleva por encima de los 40 grados, el pulso se vuelve fuerte y r\u00e1pido, se producen cambios en el estado de conciencia (somnolencia), la sudoraci\u00f3n cesa y la piel se observa seca, caliente y enrojecida.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otros s\u00edntomas de alerta son dolor de cabeza, sensaci\u00f3n de fatiga y sed intensa, n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos, calambres musculares, convulsiones y sudoraci\u00f3n importante que cesa repentinamente y somnolencia y respiraci\u00f3n alterada. Frente a ellos, es imprescindible concurrir r\u00e1pidamente a la consulta m\u00e9dica en el centro de salud m\u00e1s cercano.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">ALIMENTACION<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecto a la alimentaci\u00f3n se recomienda evitar las comidas abundantes. Consumir alimentos frescos, como frutas y verduras debiendo ser lavados cuidadosamente. Conservar adecuadamente los alimentos, con el objeto de evitar intoxicaciones alimentarias.
