Consiste en dos c\u00e9lulas fotovoltaicas de pol\u00edmero fino que acumulan la luz solar y la transformarn en energ\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Por el hecho de contar con dos c\u00e9lulas, resulta m\u00e1s eficiente que los prototipos anteriores ya que puede capturar hasta un 80% de la luz infrarroja que atraviesa la pel\u00edcula, frente al 40% en el caso de una c\u00e9lula \u00fanica. Tambi\u00e9n capturan una parte de la luz visible, entre otras razones, gracias a un pol\u00edmero sensible a rayos infrarrojos.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores anuncian que&nbsp;ya tienen un prototipo operativo pero a\u00fan no se ha hecho el anuncio de cu\u00e1ndo la nueva tecnolog\u00eda podr\u00eda introducirse en la pr\u00e1ctica.
